Terms of Service
Last updated: June 4, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Payge.Me ("Payge", "Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a Payge, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Payge.Me lets you claim a personal page at payge.me/username that doubles as a link-in-bio, an analytics hub, and a referral asset. When a visitor purchases their own Payge through your link, you may be eligible for a referral commission as described below.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Payge.Me. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscription, billing & taxes
- Payge is sold as an annual subscription at $97 USD per year.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each year using the payment method on file unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added by Stripe at checkout based on your location.
- If a payment fails, your Payge may be suspended or released until payment is resolved.
4. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase of a Payge. To request a refund within 30 days of your first payment, contact us via the contact form. Renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Referral commissions
- You may earn a commission (currently $75 USD) when a new paying customer signs up using your Payge link.
- Commissions are credited only for completed, non-refunded paid signups.
- Self-referrals, fraudulent signups, and signups that are later refunded or charged back are not eligible.
- Commissions are paid to the payout email you provide. You are responsible for any taxes on commissions you earn.
- We may change commission amounts, terms, or eligibility rules with notice.
6. Username & content
- Usernames are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and remain assigned to you for as long as your subscription is active.
- You retain ownership of content you post on your Payge but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service.
- You are solely responsible for your content and the links you publish.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Payge.Me to:
- violate any law or third-party rights;
- impersonate any person or claim a username in bad faith;
- publish illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or harassing content;
- distribute malware, phishing links, or content that infringes intellectual property;
- engage in fraud, money laundering, or sanctions-evasion;
- scrape, attack, or interfere with the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and without refund.
8. Intellectual property
The Payge.Me name, logo, designs, code, and Service are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks beyond reasonable use of your Payge link.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee earnings, traffic, or any specific outcome from owning a Payge.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payge.Me will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Payge.Me harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or to comply with law. Upon termination, your Payge may become unavailable and your username may be released.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless your local law requires otherwise.
